BUSINESS ROLE INTRODUCTION
In SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management), a Business Role is a central concept that defines a user's responsibilities and access rights within the system. It is a combination of a user's job function, tasks, and permissions, tailored to their specific needs. Business Roles are essential for effective user management and security in SAP CRM, as they ensure that users have access only to the relevant data and functionalities required to perform their tasks.
